- 9 cloves
- Salt (any kind)
- Freezer

How to cast the spell
- Before you begin, invite mental clarity as you meditate or cast a circle of protection. Take some time to remove any energy blockages and negative thoughts from your mind.
- Focus on your intention and put the 9 cloves in the jar.
- Optionally, write down your intention (e.g. stop rumors) on a piece of paper and throw it in the jar.
- Pour the salt in and seal the jar tightly.
- Shake the jar in your dominant hand as you say this incantation:
